WHAT TO EXCEPT DURING CONSTRUCTION
The customer does not pay anything until the first day of
construction.  That is when the first draw is needed, which is the
largest draw that covers all materials.  Barncraft Buildings has a
reputation of over 20 years of excellent business practices.

If the ground is wet near the construction, expect the ground to be
torn-up 20 feet around the building area.

If you are having us bring material trucks over blacktop or concrete
driveways, you are risking damage that we are NOT responsible for.
(especially blacktop in hot weather.)

We ask that you mark or point out any septic tank lines.  If the
ground is wet, large trucks could cause damage to them.  If you do
not want trucks on your driveways or in your yard, please let us know.
For this there will be an added charge into the labor price.

If you add options to your building after the construction has started,
such as a window for example, it will be an extra and charged at the
last draw.

During construction we keep the job site as clean as we can.  We pick
up trash daily to help prevent it from going everywhere.

The last day of construction, the area will be cleaned well.  Trash will
be hauled off the job site.
